Champion Irish trainer Aidan O’Brien has declared Happily in the bet365 Fillies’ Mile at Newmarket on Friday afternoon, as he endeavours to get his 24th top-level success of the year.

The Ballydoyle handler is on the fringe of breaking the legendry Bobby Frankel’s record of 25 Group-Grade One successes, and Happily will have the massive chance to add to her striking Moyglare and Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere successes as she leads a three-pronged O’Brien assault on the Fillies mile.

O’Brien also runs Magical and September, who finished second and third respectively in the Moyglare last month with both having chances of making the frame.
Trainer Karl Burke has declared May Hill winner Laurens and Ellthea, who claimed a handicap at Doncaster before successfully stepping up to Group Three level in Ireland last time out however the strength of that form is debateable.
Charlie Appleby takes a vast rise in class with the unexposed Newmarket maiden winner Magic Lily, while Mark Johnston’s Nyaleti contests another Pattern event after a busy season.

Freddy Head sends across the exciting Efaadah, who was a winner on her debut at Deauville but then had to settle for second in a Group Three at Chantilly.
The Peter Chapple-Hyam-traind Lubinka, Eddie Lynam’s Muirin, Paul Cole’s Musical Art and Quivery, who represents Jeremy Noseda, complete the 12-strong line-up.

Aidan O’Brien looks in pole position to take this race based all on all known form though he will not have it easy as numerous contenders in here have valid claims.
